Common tracking questions
Why hasn't my tracking number updated yet?
Scans are added at every hub hand-off, so gaps of a day or so between the middle-mile stages are normal. If it's been more than 48 hours with no movement, contact support with your tracking number.
Can I track a shipment without a tracking number?
No — the tracking number is how we look up your shipment record. Check your order confirmation email from the sender for it.
Can’t find your tracking number?
It’s on the order confirmation email from whoever sent the parcel. If you still can’t find it, our support team can help.
