You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the tracking lookup, attempt to access shipment records that are not yours, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site.

The tracking information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, postnordUK Logistics B.V. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the accuracy of tracking information displayed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
